If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

1. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.

2. The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

3. Products that are personalized, custom-made, or final sale items may not be eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Package the item securely in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and any other included items.

3. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

5. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Options:

- If you are eligible for a refund, we will issue the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
